Pryfon 6

Pryfon 6 was a termite prevention chemical Terminix used nationwide. They admitted in sworn deposition testimony that Pryfon 6 did not work to prevent termites. This is a wall Terminix claimed to fix for an elderly lady in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The bottom is a sill plate in the garage. Above it is a stud that is completely consumed by termites. Even though Terminix knew termite damage occurred because Pryfon 6 had been applied in 1989 and was ineffective, the company never reapplied a complete barrier. Terminix did not do that for this Ohio consumer and it did not do it anywhere in the country – except in Florida where the attorney general sued them.

Properly performed termite prevention service would work almost 100% of the time. Let folks who understand why that is a fact figure out how the termite company failed to protect.
