If we are Judged by how we Help the Old and Poor, Terminix is in Trouble

In an elderly woman’s home Terminix promised to apply a chemical barrier to prevent termites then didn’t apply a single drop of the required poison. They then charged for years to inspect for termites and quality control for the placement of the “barrier”. These sham inspections failed to disclose that no barrier had been placed and as a result the home had an active termite infestation. How would you if this happened in the home of your mother or grandmother?

It didn’t stop there, when the damage was discovered they claimed it was insignificant. When it was proven to be significant they refused to pay. When the lawsuit was filed they claimed there was no duty to prevent termites and they will never pay a dime. When the court ordered for them to produce evidence, they refused, claiming that “old lady” will never win anyway. What would you do if this “old lady” was your mother or grandmother?

Hopefully you would do the smart thing and call our firm who evaluates claims free of charge. Properly performed termite prevention service should work almost 100% of the time. Let folks who understand why that is a fact figure out how the termite company failed to protect.
