I have been with terminix for 14 yrs, but customer service is terrible now, they are losing a loyal customer, I have seen signs of termites and the tech that came to inspect my home also seen the signs and said he was going to put in for my attic to be sprayed 3 months ago and nothing yet but they want my annual payment! I won’t pay because they have done nothing I called and even spoke to a supervisor and still nothing! I gave them my cell phone and they still call my home ph!! So furious! I guess I’ll look for another company.
