My wife and I rented a refrigerator from rent a center on Dixie highway Hamilton ohio it was supposed to be new however it was t and brought a roach infestation with it….. My wife contacted terminix we set appt up and they came out the guy wasn’t here very long did whatever he did inside and outside and left. Terminix called and my wife mentioned spider webs and so they had someone else come out he did nothing for the spiderwebs looked around basement then asked to use restroom and left total time here maybe 15mins mostly spent in bathroom. Since then both my wife and I have seen roaches quite a few times. I’m having my wife call them again in the morning and see what they say
