After 19 years with this company, they refuse to reimburse me $698 for a year of service which was NOT used at all. We informed them we were moving and scheduled service for the new address, but instead of sending someone to inspect and spray the property, they sent a salesman. I called to cancel my service and they refuse to reimburse me. I have called multiple times and just get the run around. Even tried BBB and still the same game. Do not use this company. They are crooks
