We had NEVER had termite sitings by their inspectors until we had told Terminix we were thinking about moving. After 36 years of Terminix payment they(all of a sudden) put out bait stations. For 36 years we never had any sign of termites. The day came that we had a buyer. All of a sudden we have to pay$418 for an inspection AND a year of bait stations for the new owners!!! What a rip off! I asked the last inspector if there were any sign of termites. He said one termite was in one station of like 18 bait stations but still none in or near the house. This company cost us 36 years of paying their inflated prices. Don’t use them!
