I am so disgusted with Terminix. I was a loyal customer for quite awhile. But lately I had a issue with bed bugs. I called. The techs came and did an initial service. I was told that there were 4 more services ( inspections). I made an appointment. When tat day came, NO ONE SHOWED UP. I called the service manager and he apologized and scheduled a day and time. After the second service, I called this manager again to schedule a third visit. It took me 4 days to hear back. His mailbox was not taking any messages. A third visit was schedule. Again, no one showed up. I rearranged me schedule to be available. Rest assured, I will NOT be calling Terminix for any further work. And I will tell everyone and anyone about the lousy service.
