I begin a customer since March 2022. The past three months I have been experiencing a lot of issues with your company. I received poor customer service and always told “local branch will follow up.” The follow up never happens. In October 2022, I noticed two of my termite Bates were missing from the front yard of my home. I called and was told “local branch will follow up.” My home has been left out without protection from the termites since October. As of December 13, no one has service my home or contacted me for the termite Nate’s replacement. I have called and chat with your staff. I received the same response. On December 13, I was informed that a technician would be servicing my home between 1-3pm Arizona time. No one came. Again, I reach out to customer service and was told “ local branch will follow up.” I’m being charge $97 a month for services not received. When I question the customer service agent about not receiving my services in November or December I was told “you are paying monthly regardless if you receive service or not.” I’m basically paying for services not received that makes a lot of sense. I will be ending my service once my contract is done. Your company has provided nothing but bad customer service and no resolution to my issue. But I’m expected to pay right away.
