We had a Terminix bond on our house since it was built for 17 years. We listed our house and got a offer that included paying for a termite bond with another company. I and the realtor both called Terminix and was told our bond would transfer. After the sale the local Terminix office told us that the bond would not transfer so I had to pay to change Termite companies. When I asked for a copy of the bond showing it would not transfer I got a no damage replacement bond dated several years back when the bait stations was put in. Terminix had switched my damage replacement bond to a inspection only bond without my knowledge or approval. I have unsubscribed to Terminix emails 4 times and I am still receiving them. I do not recommend Terminix.
