I purchased an outside quarterly spraying service on March 23 2022. In June Terminex billed my charge card without my knowledge. I was planning on extending for 1 more quarter and terminate it before it expired on September 23. A technician emailed me saying he was coming for a spraying on September 2. When he came I told him when my contract expires on September 23 I wasnt extending. He told me to call Terminex which I did that day. I was told my account was billed for the next quarter already even though I had 3 weeks left. I complained and ask to speak to a supervisor. I have made 3 calls to Terminex in the last month requesting a conversation with a supervisor and have been told I would receive a call back. I’m still waiting and want my money back for this service seeing I live in Massachusetts and bugs arent an issue when there’s snow here and I contacted Terminex 3 weeks prior to the new quarter. This is ridiculous!
