It was the the most horrible encounter I ever experienced. I’ve been in the customer service environment almost 30 years and never would I assume that the level of poor customer service offered to me could be so low and despicable. I’m in the process now of submitting complaints to every organization that have to do with consumer affairs, and contact a lawyer to sue Terminex for misrepresentation and lies.. I literally had a sales person come inside my home who did not say that he was a sales person, and took my money for a service that was free, again the sales person I later found out name is Kenneth. Yesterday again Termnix took a payment out of my account for his services I specifically told Salesman Kenneth I did not want. After standing in line to pay for my items and told I did not have enough I immediately found out it was due to Termnix m. I spoke with a nice lady there who not only informed me that he did do this, but also took money for service that was supposed to be free. This morning I got a call from a Manager that arrogantly called hisself John and spelled out his last name. This manager was so rude, so arrogant and took me being upset, which anyone would be if someone walked in their home and stole from them. I personally believed there’s no explanation other then my money was stolen. ManagerJohn when I finish ecxplaining started with “ we rendered a service”, from there it went down hill on a razor slope. He did not offer me a resolution, but gave me plenty of debates, arguements and deflections. Then try to tell me what good customer service is. I would say stay clear of this company because they are inhumane, they do not have any moral compass, and they’re very greedy. I say tge company because they hired these thieves and immoral people with no empathy. I currently got Tricon who I rent from drawing PaperWorks to show that they did the service to get rid of my issue, not Termnix. All I got from $128 and $139 was someone who came out and laid two wooden traps in the attic, and didn’t even come back on the time that he said he was going to, to check the traps. 8 days ago I did a review with yelp, and I called to file a complaint with Termnix instead of Manager John R. looking at the notes Ibwas told going to be left, and perform deescalating the situation about my refund he elevated it. It was quite simple, read notes that the young lady wrote and tell me when I’m going to get my refund. Now it’s going to be in the hands of every organization that refers to consumer affairs that I can possibly drum up. I would have never believe that such poor customer service from management could be possible in the manner of which it was. I knew Incoukd get my money back, but wanted to give Termnix a fair chance to make this right, they failed miserably.
