I had been a very satisfied customer for several years with bi-monthly pest control. When I spotted rodents in my yard, my technician recommended an inspection. Multiple entry points to my crawlspace and attic were found as well as evidence of rodents in attic. Also saw evidence of termite activity in crawlspace. I agreed to a treatment plan for both rodents and termites. Paid in full for both services. Never received a copy of the documents I signed 5/11/22. I started receiving monthly charges in June. No follow up visits had occurred so I called to ask what charges were for, Was told every time I called that they would escalate to local office. Never heard a word. Charges came again in July. Called again multiple times and issue escalated to home office, Still nothing. I called on 8/2 to cancel all services effective immediately. Pest control technician texted 8/14 to tell me he’d be there on 8/15. Told him I’d cancelled all services after none of my calls had been returned for 2 months. After writing a scathing email to head office, I finally received a voicemail from “Raul” apologizing for the issues and promising he’d get to the bottom of it. He did not return my voicemail response.
I had my credit card company reverse the unknown monthly charges in June and July, and they also blocked any future charges from Terminix. That seemed to work because they are now harassing me for payment.
Got a call from a Quentin this morning who refused to listen to any of my complaints. Just said I signed a contract and I owed them. I asked him what can I do today to stop these calls, he said pay $570.79 in full and he would have the bait stations removed and contract cancelled. So I did.
Now I am very interested in taking them to Small Claims court.
