We too have fallen victim to Terminix. We have been trying since March to get a refund on their NON-PERFORMANCE on the contract.  We have e-mailed, left voice msg’s, and actually talked with live people with the company stating “they were in a position to ‘make things happen’. Well NOTHING HAS HAPPENED! If anyone has any ideas how to force Terminix to accountability, please share with us.
