Wow – Hard to believe that Terminix is still in business. It has been a total nightmare for my husband and I. We paid cash for termite installation and pest control for one year. The sales person said someone would give us a call with 24 hours to set-up the installation. We never got a call and 5 days later the pest control person showed up at the door. Then we called back to Terminix to see when the termite installation would be installed. That took another week. We tried calling our Service Manager, Pest Control person and the Tulsa office. Cannot believe that the VM states for the Service Manager and Pest control person “SORRY MAILBOX IS FULL call back later”. For the Tulsa office it lets you know that they will attempt to call you back only one time!!!! What kind of customer service is this? Not only did we experience bad customer service but Terminix took another $400.00 out of our bank account after we paid in full!!! When calling into the Tulsa office they can not do anything about it. The Service Manager has to adjust the account and have our money refunded!!!! We can not even leave the service manager a message!!!! The Tusa office let us know that it will take 24 to 48 hours for the Service Manager to react!!!!!

A total mess. Consumer Lending and BBB will be getting a letter. Terminix did not have my permission to charge my account!!!!! Not good.
