Terminix customer service for existing customers are below poor. There 1st concerns are what is convenient for their servicers to visit home for annual reviews. They randomly set appointments and if client are notified at all it is 48 hours before the visit for some god forsaken time that is not conducive for working class individuals. You now have to take time out of your work day to reschedule and hope they show up because the reschedule was not convenient for them. Oh, it not their fault, the computer auto rescheduled. Asked for the District Mgr. to complain, Karen in Corporate 1877-277-6222 (she could not give her last name or ID#) said she cannot provide the District Mgr. Info. I can only speak with the local branch who was not doing their job in the first place. I called and set an appointment for 9/10 b/t 5:00 – 7:00pm, left work early, Terminix did not show or call. I found out today my next appointment is in 30 days 10/19, as customers we should be given the courtesy with more advance notice so we can manage our work schedule. This lack of customer consideration is a bad culture within Terminix
