WARNING: DO NOT USE FOR ANY SERVICE!!! This is the worst company (not pest control company, but any sort of company) I have EVER dealt with. The biggest issue is POOR customer service. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone! You have to call the main base (national wide call centers) and they will not connect you or allow you to speak with your local office. This would be fine, however, if you have an issue, they can’t fix it for you, they tell you that your local office needs to fix the problem. The only way this can happen is if the local office calls you back. I have been a customer for a month and have yet to have them call me back. I have spent over 5 hours on the phone trying to seek help and still my issue is not resolved. Have I even mentioned that I had a minor exterior rat problem, and their technicians did a service that I did not approve (because they brought the wrong item – despite they were hired for this one particular item) which resulted in a rat entering my home? Then, I had the rat trapped in a specific room, and I had 2 separate Terminix technicians in my home that day to remove the rat from the specific room… neither of them could find it, and they laid traps in all rooms EXCEPT the room that had the rat. I had to call another company when I got home that evening, and the rat was still in the same room I had trapped it! I had to pay another company $450 dollars (it was off-hours at this time) and they removed the rat in less than 3 minutes!!! This has been a disaster. It has taken up over 6 hours of my time in phone calls alone. Biggest mistake of my life was hiring this company, waste of money and waste of time. I have been told on 3 occasions that someone would call me back in 24-48 hrs…. and I have still yet to receive a call from Terminix. 3 times my issue was apparently “escalated” and 3 times, no one called me!
