After 4 calls to the your call center, Where the person answering attempted to get a me a call back from the Boston area manger, with no success. The only call I received was from a robo call asking if I would participate in a survey, not what I wanted to hear from my termite protection provider.

My problem is last year my location and traps where inspected only once, not 4 times as in the past. The inspector in May of last year said someone would return to change the traps.. Repeated appointments were made , with a no-show for each one. Now in 2018 it’s time to renew our termite protection contract. My question to Terminix is should we be looking for a new provider if Terminix isn’t keeping their part of the contract, or can I get answers to my questions.
