Had a bug issue in the house. We called Terminix they came out, did an inspection. They came back out the following week to spray. The technician said a follow up appoinment was made already all I had to do was call. I called the customer service number and learned a follow up appointment had not been scheduled so I scheduled it today 11/8 from 9 am to 11 am. 10:30 am comes around no tech. I called a learned they switched the times from 8 am to 12 pm. 12 pm rolls around, no tech. I call the 1-800 number the customer service lady tells me the tech was given a bunch of extra jobs and was running behind. She said he would here at 230pm ..Its now 242 pm and guess what ???? No tech is here!!!! Ridiculous!!!!!! Not only that they were given 858.00 up front and they keep sending me a bill… I will never recommend them ever. When you call the customer service the lady just says oh I am sorry… Whatever!!!
