I recently entered into a contract to have my home fumigated for bed bugs, termites, and rodents. The contract had a cost of $4000.00. We signed and submitted a check for the amount. The fumigation was to commence on Monday 10-10-16 and we could re-enter our home on 10-12-16. So we made provisions to vacate the home, we incurred hotel and travel fees. As of Tuesday, 10-11-16, the fumigation had not taken place, we started calling the numbers which was given to us thinking they were direct lines to the local offices. Well to our surprise, these were numbers to their customer service call centers. They had to submit e-mails to the local manager and they would respond within 24 hours. Well it is October 14,2016, and we have not received any word from the manager; however the sales person did return our call until 5:00 pm on Tues.10-11-16, at which time he told us he did not know their policy regarding keys. We had left keys under a mat and the sales person was aware that the keys were there. My concern with this company is, no availability to local management, once the sale is made there is no contact with anyone except a call center. Needless to say, I have cancelled the contract.

If you have been wronged by Terminix or another termite company, you don't have to fight alone.
